Toughness Test

    SPC wall panels have 3H-4H surface hardness (pencil scale) and ≥12kJ/m2 impact resistance—outperforming wood veneer (1H-2H, ≤6kJ/m2). Their high-density calcium core resists key scratches, ideal for high-traffic areas. Wood veneer, with natural fibers, has lower hardness, prone to scratches/dents and higher maintenance.

    In bending tests, SPC wall panels exhibit an elongation at break of 30%-40% and withstand ≥5,000 cycles of repeated bending without cracking. Their elastic calcium powder core layer maintains excellent deformation resistance in humid environments, adapting to curved wall designs and installations with large temperature variations—meeting the flexible decoration needs of complex spaces.
